Volunteering

Volunteers are being sought at all levels in this project. People are welcome from all backgrounds and professional capacities. We will need managers, fund-raisers, cleaners, psychologists, economists, engineers doctors and lobyists. Get in touch.

Donations

This is an obvious method, if intend to run fundraising programmes, we can try to help you with the logistics and ensure you have all the facts and figures to hand.

Communication

As this isn't a charity to help people in a desperate need, the level of communication is fairly low. Most people don't know about the situation of the river. Talking about the river, raising awareness about it, pointing them to this site will help a great deal.

Pictures

Please send us any pictures of the river, try to identify the time and location of the pictures. We will try to compile this into a historical archive of the river. It would also allow us to track the situation of the river and any progress. Pictures could also be used to promote this campaign. Please send pictures to pictures@projectburiganga.com

Habits

Lets change our habits, and stop throwing rubbish into the river. A first this may seem pointless - however if this habit spreads, it will have a significant impact

Suggestions

Any suggestions would be welcome. The more we can do - the better it would be for the river, the city, and the country.
